A report on women’s experiences of immigration detention in the UK
The main aim of this research is to share women asylum seekers’ experiences of immigration detention in the UK. The women interviewed had all been detained or were in detention at the time of the research.
The research was jointly completed by Bail for Immigration Detainees (BID) and the Refugee Women’s Resource Project (RWRP) at Asylum Aid and constitutes another contribution to the body of research on the experiences of women asylum seekers in the United Kingdom.
