Immigration reform, like the mythical phoenix, is rising from its ashes. Once one of the most divisive issues in the country, immigration reform was largely ignored during the 2008 presidential campaign. And it has continued to receive little attention since.
But President Obama and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus breathed new life into it during a meeting Wednesday in Washington.
