Marek Linha is an adviser at the Norwegian Organisation for Asylum Seekers (NOAS). He recently co-authored a report on detention of asylum seekers in Norway, which contributed to successful strategic litigation before the Supreme Court. He holds an LLM in Public International Law and an MPhil in Theory and Practice of Human Rights from the University of Oslo and an MA in International Relations from the University of Nicosia.
