IDC members in Libya, Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and the International Organisation for
Cooperation and Emergency Aid (IOCEA) have been very focused on the issue of immigration detention this month.
In Tripoli, these organisations worked with partners such as IOM and UNHCR, amongst others, to organise a meeting on detention and alternatives to detention, attended by NGOs, UN agencies and Libyan immigration authorities.
