The Jesuit Refugee Service-Europe has released a paper on how the implementation of the Dublin Regulation personally impacts asylum seekers who experience it.  In a survey of JRS country offices that accompany asylum seekers who are caught within the "Dublin system," the paper answers key questions on the personal experiences of asylum seekers, and summarises JRS' reflections on the flaws of the Dublin system and how it might be remedied.
