HANNAH COOPER joined the IDC as Europe Regional Manager in 2021. Prior to that, she was working with Oxfam's Global Humanitarian Team as an Advocacy Adviser. Hannah has over a decade of experience working on humanitarian response, displacement, and asylum, with a particular focus on policy, advocacy and research. She has spent time working with non-governmental organisations and the United Nations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Japan, Yemen, the Central African Republic, Belgium and the UK. Hannah holds a Master's degree in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a postgraduate qualification in Social Research from Birkbeck College, University of London. She is based in France.
