Pia Solf joined IDC as the Americas Project Officer in 2013 and became IDC's Finance and Administration Coordinator in 2020. Prior to her work with IDC, she held various fundraising, finance, human resources and administration roles at Sabor y Caracter SA de CV and Médicos Sin Fronteras in Mexico, and ACTED in Tadjikistan. She was also Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Sabor y Caracter SA de CV.

Pia has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from ESSCA Ecole de Management, and completed an Executive MBA Programme in Cross-Cultural Management and Business Ethics at De La Salle University. Pia is based in Mexico City, Mexico.
