Spotlight Report on Global Migration 2022

This global report was coordinated by the Global Coalition on Migration & Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, and focuses on key issues affecting migrants at the grassroots, national and regional levels. It brings grassroots organisations, activists and communities’ voices to the forefront through dynamic articles and videos.

IDC proudly co-authored the article “Ending Immigration Detention & Criminalisation By Centering Grassroots Leadership” with long-time IDC partner and lived experience leader Mishka Pillay. One of the videos presented in the report also features IDC partner and lived experience leader Pinar Aksu, and her work at MaryHill Integration Network in Glasgow, Scotland.
