Despite the closure of the Youngsfield safety site in Wynberg last Friday, 160 refugees remain in the camp awaiting repatriation or reintegration, and many claim that they have not eaten for two days. The group on Sunday accused authorities of starving them in a bid to drive them out of the camp. More than 600 refugees were housed at the camp before its closure. Those remaining are mostly women and children.
