The Human Rights Council held an interactive dialogue on arbitrary detention on March 9, 2010, featuring the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Working Group on enforced or involuntary disappearances, the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Working Group on arbitrary detention, and the Representative of the Secretary-General on the human rights of internally displaced persons.
