Questionnaire from the Special Rapporteur on the Right to Education of Persons in Detention
The annual report of the Special Rapporteur Vernor Muñoz on the right to education to be presented to the Human Rights Council in 2009 will focus on the right to education of persons in detention. The purpose of this questionnaire is to solicit cooperation from all relevant parties to assist in the preparation of the report by providing relevant information, materials and comment.
In order for the information received to be used for the next report of the Special Rapporteur, submission of responses is encouraged as soon as possible and no later than 31 December 2008.
